In the Beskydy Mountains there’s a small village called Vidče. It’s here where we produce the PONY construction set and from where we also send it directly to you. Production takes place in the wood processing area, which has had a historical tradition of producing wood products since 1947. The area and equipment have been modernized according to the latest trends in processing wood products.
The production of the construction sets itself depends on several factors. It’s all about consistently checking the dampness of the timber, the use of precision tools for boring, and the high-quality lathing and boring of individual pieces. We dry the material in our own ovens with a volume of (100 m3) and so we can significantly influence the input material for production. All wooden pieces are produced on the premises of the company, including surface treatment. The close connection between the production and distribution of the construction sets allows us to respond flexibly to demand and guarantee that the construction set always gets to where it has to be and provides only joy!!!
